For me, it was definitely learning that a good product image and a clear title make a massive difference. You can have a great digital product, but if the listing doesn’t grab attention straight away, people can scroll straight past it.

I’d also say don’t overcomplicate the description — explain exactly what the buyer gets and how it can help them. 👍

I’d say pricing was the biggest learning curve for us. At first it’s tempting to price too low just to get sales, but that can sometimes make a product look less valuable.

We’ve found it’s better to focus on making the product genuinely useful, present it well, and make it really clear what the customer is getting for their money. 👍
