1. Using Elterro
Elterro provides an online marketplace where buyers can discover and purchase digital products and sellers can list eligible digital products. You must use the platform lawfully and must not interfere with its security, operation or other users.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the information provided through your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must not impersonate another person or business, create accounts for abusive purposes, or use another person’s account without permission.
We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspected misuse, comply with legal obligations or enforce marketplace rules.
3. Buying on Elterro
Before purchasing, buyers should review the product description, price, compatibility information and any licence or usage terms shown on the listing. A purchase gives the buyer the rights described by the relevant product licence; it does not transfer ownership of the seller’s intellectual property unless the listing expressly says so.
4. Selling on Elterro
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality and legality of their products, and having all rights needed to sell or license the material they upload. Sellers must not list content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.
Elterro may review, hide or remove listings that breach these terms or marketplace rules, and may request information from a seller where a listing or transaction needs investigation.
5. Digital products and delivery
Elterro primarily supports digital goods. Delivery may occur immediately after successful payment or through the buyer’s account/order area. Buyers are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for their intended software, device or use where the listing states compatibility requirements.
6. Payments, prices and marketplace fees
Prices are shown on product pages and at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers. Sellers may be charged marketplace commission or subscription fees according to the plan or commercial terms applying to their seller account.
Payment providers may apply their own terms and verification requirements. Elterro does not require sellers or buyers to send payment outside the platform for a normal marketplace transaction.
7. Refunds, cancellations and disputes
Digital products can have different cancellation or refund rules once delivery or download has begun. Requests will be considered in line with applicable consumer law, the circumstances of the transaction, the product description and any seller policy that lawfully applies.
If a purchase is not delivered, is materially different from its description, or there is another transaction problem, buyers should use the available support or dispute route so the issue can be reviewed.
8. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use Elterro to sell or distribute unlawful, stolen, infringing, malicious or deceptive material; attempt fraud; manipulate marketplace systems; upload malware; harvest user data without permission; or use the platform to threaten, harass or abuse others.
9. Intellectual property
Elterro’s branding, interface and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Sellers retain rights in their own original content, subject to the permissions needed for Elterro to display and deliver their listings through the marketplace.
10. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep Elterro available and reliable, but online services can occasionally be interrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elterro is not responsible for losses caused by events outside reasonable control or by a user’s misuse of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the marketplace, legal requirements or platform features change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
